隨著固化時(shí)間增加有逐漸增長的趨勢。通過對比PU-I,PU-II對石料和橡膠的鉆結(jié)性能的優(yōu)劣,發(fā)現(xiàn)PU-I對橡膠具有較好的鉆結(jié)性能,PU-II對石料具有較好的鉆結(jié)性能;從3種聚氨酯密封膠赫結(jié)體系來看,石料一聚氨酯密封膠一石料界面間的拉拔強(qiáng)度最高,其次是橡膠一聚氨酷一石料界面,橡膠一聚氨酯密封膠一橡膠界面的拉拔強(qiáng)度最低,這可能是因?yàn)橄鹉z材料的表面平整光滑,且氣密性較好,導(dǎo)致聚氨酯密封膠材料無法與空氣接觸,固化較慢。
PU-LPU-II聚氨酯密封膠材料3種鉆結(jié)體系剪切強(qiáng)度的對比,由圖8可知,剪切強(qiáng)度在27d內(nèi)逐漸增大(從對骨料的鉆結(jié)性能來看,PU-II對石料的鉆結(jié)性能較好,2種單組份聚氨酷材料對橡膠材料的豁接性能類似。通過對3種組份聚氨酯密封膠茹結(jié)體系的對比得出,石料一聚氨酯密封膠一石料體系的剪切強(qiáng)度最高,而石料一聚氨酯密封膠一橡膠體系的剪切強(qiáng)度最低。橡膠一聚氨酯密封膠一橡膠界面之間的茹結(jié)強(qiáng)度高于石料一聚氨酯密封膠一橡膠界面,影響因素有很多:①石料和橡膠材料是2種不同的材料,2種材料中間存在界面過渡區(qū)的問題;②不同于橡膠一聚氨酯密封膠一石料界面,橡膠一聚氨酯密封膠一橡膠界面有很好的抵抗變形能力,能承受更大的剪切力作用。
(1)固化4d后,PU-I和PU-II的異氰酸醋指數(shù)和脈基指數(shù)變化較小,且4一7d的PU-I的異氰酸醋指數(shù)和脈基指數(shù)的變異系數(shù)分別為10%,2% , PU-II的異氰酸醋指數(shù)和脈基指數(shù)的變異系數(shù)分別為2%,2%,變異系數(shù)在。一15%屬于小變異,說明這2種單組份聚氨酯密封膠材料在4d左右達(dá)到完全固化狀態(tài)。
(2)0一7 d聚氨酯密封膠豁結(jié)體系的拉拔、剪切強(qiáng)度都逐漸增大(0一2d試件豁結(jié)力很小,無法通過這2種方法測得)。因?yàn)槔巍⒓羟性嚰袒^程中,單組份聚氨酯密封膠與空氣的接觸面積變小,影響了其固化速率,所以固化4d后,3種聚氨酯密封膠豁結(jié)體系的拉拔、剪切強(qiáng)度隨著固化時(shí)間增加而逐漸增大。
(3)在聚氨酯密封膠的3種豁結(jié)體系中,石料一聚氨醋一石料豁結(jié)體系的拉拔、剪切強(qiáng)度優(yōu)于另外2種豁結(jié)體系;橡膠一聚氨酯密封膠一橡膠界面的拉拔強(qiáng)度最低,而石料一聚氨酯密封膠一橡膠豁結(jié)體系的剪切強(qiáng)度最低。說明聚氨酯密封膠混合料內(nèi)部石料一聚氨酯密封膠一石料界面較為穩(wěn)定,橡膠一聚氨酯密封膠一橡膠界面、橡膠一聚氨醋一石料界面更易發(fā)生強(qiáng)度破壞。http://www.amqr.cn/
